Traveling has always been a hassle but in recent years, it’s become a burden. Arriving at the airport up to two hours early, standing in seemingly endless lines, unpredictable delays, and sharing a metal tube with hundreds of strangers. All these things and more go into making modern day air travel a burden that is almost not worth it anymore.

So who are we? We are aviation enthusiest and professionals that have decided to bring our love of aviation and put it to work for our clients.
John D. Red: CEO and Aviation Director. John graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a major in Aeronautical Science and a minor in Aviation Meterology. Meeting his wife Samantha while in college, they were married shortly after graduation where upon they moved to Texas.
John has spent his entire aviation career in charter and corporate aviation. With experience in a variety of aircraft including King Airs, Citations, and Hawkers, John has worked his way up from a flight instructor based out of Houston Hobby Airport, to the Chief Pilot of a corporate flight department.
Under Mr. Red’s direction standardization and a Safety Management System was instituted. Mr. Red oversaw all aspects of the flight department including maintenance, training, and flight planning. Mr. Red believes that a professional approach to aviation is the only way. Under Mr. Red’s direction you can be assured that youre flight department will be run in a professional manner providing our clients with the safety they demand from their flight department.
When he’s not flying John spends time with his family, his lovely wife of 10 years, and three sons. John’s interest in ammature photography allows him to record those special moments he spends with his family.
David A. Harrison: CFO and Business Director. David’s passion for aviation started as a young boy building and flying remote control aircraft with his father. After marrying his High School sweetheart, David though it was important to put his passions aside and serve his country. He joined the United States Marines where he had a short but successful career. After multiple overseas deployments David was Honorably Discharged with several U.S. and German Military Awards.
On David’s spare time, he enjoys the great outdoors, which includes hunting, fishing, hiking and camping. As an avid outdoorsmen, David is able to share his knowledge and skills as a leader with his son’s Cub Scout Pack.
David has been married to his beautiful wife Sara for eleven years. They have been blessed with two very sweet children. As a family, they enjoy weekend outings and are active in their local church
As a civilian, David is pursuing his career in aviation once again. As CFO and Business Director of FTA Aviation David is an indispensable member of our team.
